  • Branding projects are typically completed within 6-8 weeks from kickoff. Websites typically launch in 8-10 weeks (per project specific).

  • Given that there is SO much more to a brand than just your logo, Kona Made does not offer logo design as a single service.

  • You will be sent an organized brand drive of all of your final files on Google Drive for you to have on hand for your biz. This link will never expire so no worries if you forget to download everything to your personal device!

  • Yes, absolutely! We can assess all of your desired deliverables and put a new scope of work into action. We offer monthly retainer as well as per-project specific packages.

  • Given that each brand has different goals and needs, each of our branding and web projects are always a custom estimate. Please reach out to schedule a discovery call so we can chat further!

  • Absolutely! We require an initial deposit to secure the booking with Kona Made and the remaining balance is split up into “milestone” payments as we complete your project.

  • At this time, Kona Made does not provide website hosting and requires our clients to secure hosting from a 3rd party provider, if applicable. We are happy to provide recommendations!

  • Unfortunately, we do require formal brand guidelines and assets to complete any website project we work on. We ideally love to develop our client's brand before we tackle their website, so we’re here for it!

  • Kona Made’s goal is to provide our clients with all of the tools to maintain their website internally post launch. However, we know our clients are busy people running their exceptional business’ and Kona Made is always available to set up a retainer-type relationship to make monthly updates to your site moving forward.
